Climax


    Many turn-of-the-century mining and lumber railroads ran Climax locomotives, usually in conjunction with other geared steam engines such as Shays and Heislers.
     The photograph shows Bachmann's Climax intoduced in late 1998 in 1:20.3 scale, as a companion for their spectacular Shay.
